Yeah, the situation in China is jacked up, but the torch symbolizes the abilbity of man to endure, and the map just gives the chance for protesters to take away that symbol of the human spirit. The play by play on the news was sort of a "Where's Waldo/OJ Simpson car chase" event. Nothing like the celebratory or ceremonious torch relay that the world has come to know and love. I'm not sure why we had to do it so differently, but I think hiding away from protesters is not the solution, it only makes matters worse.
